This massive Rick Owens Zionic runway down coat was made in Italy for F/W 19 "LARRY" and comes with two shearling(-lined) front pockets and those trademark exaggerated shoulders. If the shearling-back version is a little bit too much for you, this more subtle all-black one might just do the trick.
